MBS were engaged to design, manufacture and install a 200-man bathhouse and rescue room for an underground coal mine at Appin West. This project presented several challenges. The time frame was short, the facility had to be linked to existing buildings, included the design and installation of a large steel gantry over an existing car park, and some upgrades were needed to existing infrastructure. It also presented fire rating issues and, of course, needed strict BCA compliance. MBS partnered with Thomas & Coffey Services to deliver this successful project safely and on time for our client.
